New breakfast discovery

I have a new breakfast crush. I've been interested of these overnight oats type of breakfasts for a while but only now got myself to actually try it. And as often happens, I got hooked immediately and have done this every morning since. If you ask me, almost better than ice cream!

3 tbs chiaseeds -> put in a glass and cover halfway with water and let it form to gel for 10 minutes

3 tbs hempseeds

black currants

banana

strawberries or other berries/fruits

In fact, all berries, fruits and seeds will do. :)

Put in a blender and blend until totally smooth.

That's who I am

I am going to do something brave... :)

It feels personal to express some characteristics and world view of mine. It was very rewarding however, to browse through the quotes and acknowledge many characteristics in which you recognized yourself. I encourage everyone to do this, even just for fun :) It's really hooking though!

These were probably the ones that I feel described me best (some of which to be taken too seriously..) but I still left many unpublished, so more coming up later :)
